Three Kings of Custom Guitars Unveiled at Daytona Bike Week

  The Gibson Custom Shop, working with three of the best-known custom motorcycle builders, took guitar design to a new level last Friday with the unveiling of the Three Kings of Custom guitars at an invitation-only reception at Daytona Bike Week.

Arlen Ness, Dave Perewitz and Donnie Smith, who have over 75 years of combined experience in building motorcycles, teamed up with the Gibson Custom Shop in November 2003 to design three unique custom guitars. Along with the guitars, they each designed and built a "Gibson-themed" motorcycle that they also unveiled at Bike Week.
